Available Gems

Below you will find a selection of pre-cut gems that are ready for your fine jewelry or display case.  Click on the image for more information and photos. Please keep in mind that the vast majority of gems that we cut and sell never make it to this page. We have an extensive inventory of uncut gems ready to be faceted to your specifications!  At the bottom of this page, you'll find a handy search engine that is linked to our uncut gem inventory database.  Feel free to use this as an initial screening tool to determine if we may have something that would work for you.  Even if you don't see what you're looking for here, contact us and chances are we can find it for you.

Uncut Gem Inventory Search

Please use the filters below to search our current inventory of uncut (rough) gems, available to be custom cut to your specifications!  Here are some important things to know about use of this tool:

  • The database from which this summary information was pulled is almost 10,000 lines long.  Artificial Intelligence was used to make this feasible.  Thus, it may not be 100% accurate and should be treated as a screening tool rather than a tool to select a specific piece of rough.

  • All of the filters work in tandem, so you can filter by gem variety AND color AND origin, etc., and the query will restrict the search results accordingly.

  • You can select more than one entry from the drop-downs.  When you click an entry, it will add a bubble below the drop-down with your selection.  You may then select as many additional ones as you'd like, and it will add to the list.  Click on the bubbles to remove them.

  • AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COLOR FILTERS:  AI was used to extract color names from longer text fields in the database, and thus there are some quirks to be aware of.  If you're looking for a single, pure color, select that color in the "primary color" drop down.  For mixed colors (blue-green, orangy-pink, etc.), use both the primary and secondary color selectors.  Note that the order assigned by the AI agent may vary, such that if you're looking for a blue-green gem, you should search for "blue" primary and "green" secondary, and then search for "green" primary and "blue" secondary.
