J.L. White Fine Gemstones offers our customers a number of convenient payment options:

• Bank-to-bank electronic transfers via wire transfer, ACH, or Zelle

 

*Due to the high fees associated with credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay transactions, payment via bank-to-bank electronic transfer is preferred but not required for transaction amounts over $2,000.  If the customer wishes to use credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal for transactions in excess of this amount, the customer will be required to pay a small additional charge to cover a portion of the aforementioned fees.  Specifically: 

• 1.5% of the total transaction amount if using credit card or Apple Pay
• 2.0% of the total transaction amount if using PayPal

A seven-day review period is offered on all stones.  The review period begins when the customer physically receives the package or when they first have an opportunity to receive the package (when delivery is first attempted). If, at the end of the seven-day period, the customer decides that the purchase doesn't meet their expectations, any undamaged/unaltered stones may be returned.  Non-commissioned gems are entitled to a full refund, less shipping costs.  Commissioned gems are entitled to a refund, less the 20% deposit and shipping costs.

Domestic:  USPS Insured Priority Mail with signature confirmation is the default shipping method.  Expedited shipping via ParcelPro Secure Logistics (with delivery fulfillment by FedEx or UPS) may also be requested if desired.  Please contact us after purchase to discuss this option, as it will not appear in checkout.

 

International:  Expedited shipping via ParcelPro Secure Logistics is the default shipping method.  Delivery fulfillment is provided by FedEx or UPS based on customer preference.  Due to the complexity of calculating international shipping rates through an automated check-out system, international customers will not be charged directly for shipping through the checkout process. We will follow up with you and will send another invoice for shipping, based on the exact rate for your location and preferred shipping method.
